We celebrated my sister's wedding in the Monarch's private Parlor. The bar tender was amazing. He made us some excellent cocktails.

If you haven't stopped in already, make sure you do. The place was so welcoming and elegant from bringing to the end. The drinks were perfect I tried 7 of them, and it was definitely an experience I'm excited about trying again. The restrooms were clean and the wait staff was polite all evening. My favorite part was definitely enjoying watching the bartenders.
I had the best experience last night celebrating my friends birthday. We went in and snagged a table just as someone was leaving. One of the servers was very quick to help us by cleaning the table and getting us water. The DJ was good and even played a birthday song for our friend. The best part of our experience was Caleb. He is such a genuinely hospitable person. He made sure we were happy and had new drinks in our hands the entire time. The cocktails he suggested were exactly what we wanted after describing what we liked to drink. He also made sure we all left with a bottle of water. We will definitely all be going back.
Mike and Jacob were such great bartenders and really made the experience for us. Caleb was kinda pretentious and kept talking about Tulsa??? Overall loved the atmosphere and cocktails were fantastic. A MUST if you are visiting KC.
Amazing, exquisite, classy, welcoming. From the cosy bench seating to the intimate tables & convivial bar, this cocktail lounge is one of the best that I’ve visited. The graceful thematic execution and encouraging reminder of the monarch butterfly and its journeys and plight, the gentille hospitality of the bartenders, the creativity and perfection of the cocktails & written drinks menu... All comes together here. Perfect place on a Monday evening when conversation, peacefulness & wonder is the goal.
Amazing contemporary bar. Absolutely love the butterfly references in decorations, menu and outside of the bar. There many amazing craft cocktails and small plates. The menu is very creative. There is a unique name for the drinks. They also have great selections of beers and wines. They are open until midnight weekdays. So, it’s a great spot to hangout during the week as well.
I went here to celebrate my friend’s 50th birthday party last Saturday and it was my first time there. I absolutely loved it. Definitely my vibe! The music was great. The drinks were amazing! I had a lemon drop martini and a glass of Rose. Had fun and will definitely be back. I am sure it will be really nice in the summer!
